Cook yourself thin and cook yourself thin faster are awesome books!! I hate those books that use ridiculous ingredients that I never have in my cabinets. These books use stuff that I have at home and I have never had something that doesn't taste good!! Lifetime.com has the recipes available on the show website.

Fiber supplements are great! they even have them in a chewy form at walmart! They regulated my digestive system. I took two every morning!

Do you have a friend with a weight loss goal that you could start working out with? That really seemed to help me. I started doing that for a couple weeks and then when she was no longer able to go to the gym at the same times as me, I found that I could motivate myself!

Take the # of lbs that you lose divided by your starting weight times 100. that's the percentage of weight loss! Good luck!

Im a 36G and I wear a sports bra with a tight workout top (with a shelf bra) and then a tshirt on top. That way I have 2 bras on and it keeps everything in place. I understand your problem. I can never find bras or sports bras that fit me. I was fortunate to find some at target that they no longer sell.
