Hi! My husband and I have been TTC for almost 3 months now and I have been trying to lose my last 10 lbs in the process. I am trying to stick to a 1200-1300 calorie diet with regular exercise.

My mother in law has only lost 10 lbs and she has lost like 4 dress sizes, so no that isn't something to worry about... you could be gaining everything you are losing in muscle which is even better :)

Its actually not that bad if you are careful for 580 calories, I can have two slices of papa johns pizza and I feel full afterwards! I enjoy pizza 3-4 times a month and I don't end up regretting it. Its all about regulating. I know that I have to have a light lunch if I know I'm having pizza for dinner :)

No, I don't eat my calories back. Yes, I have been losing weight consistently. :) 33lbs gone so far

I'm not sure as to how many per team yet but I am thinking about 4-7... but it depends on how many people end up signing up. I don't want to do anymore than 7 though because then each person doesn't have enough effect on the results.

I did WW for a couple months and it worked for me but it was too expensive. i learned a lot though so I figured that I could just continue it on my own. I always try to eat the smallest number of calories for breakfast that I can handle (while feeling full) so that I have the calories for later in the day. I would create a trial day. Take some of the foods that you normally eat and put them on the food tracker.... see what your calorie intake would have been. Then take things out and adjust them and use it as a guide for the next day. Its hard to guage how many calories to eat and when but if you start out with what you…

I would definitely suggest getting an ipod. Other mp3 players usually require that you convert songs to make them in a format that is compatible with the mp3. The new ipod nano has a radio and also has a pedometer. Hope this helps!
