    Done! 30 push ups....spread out throughout the day. Lol. 120 crunches (30 more than usual). 150 calf raises instead of squats because my thighs are still killing me from my legs workout on Tues. :happy:

    Ooh tricky - I can do crunches and will try pushups but will havevto think of an alternative to the squats, don't think my knee will handle that yet. Will report in when done.

    I just did it! That was hard for me. I don't do much strength training, because I am so out of shape. I did the crunches. I had to modify the push up, I do them against the wall. And the deep squats were hard. My knees were making some scary noises, so I don't know if I will be doing them again soon. I didn't have a bar, so I did it without them. My legs feel like jelly now.

    Done - but substituted some leg raises for the squats to give my knee a break.
