As Director of Communications for the LEE FOR PRESIDENT campaign, I am tasked to convey any messages from the man himself. Today, he challenges all of you to a 30/30/30 mini challenge. What exactly is a 30/30/30 mini challenge you ask? It is as follows:
When working out today, whether it be at the gym or at home or wherever, you are challenged to add the following to your workout:
30 ab crunches
30 push-ups
30 deep squats
If you already do any or all of these in your regular workout, then you are challenged to add an additional 30 to what you already do.
As always, it is a requirement that you post a reply to this thread advising you have completed this task.

DONE diddlity done and as an added bonus I doubled it as a challenge to the Prez!!

Welp...today is an off day for me because I'm donating plasma right after work...but later tonight I'll do it. I'm always up for a challenge I have to do my pushups girly style...will probably fall on my face after the 30th one, but it's not like it'd be the first time i face-planted while doing push ups...
seriously contemplating doing squats right at my desk at work though...0 -

Done! Didn't realize how weak my arms are, the push ups almost killed me. I did do 60 curnches instead of 30. Love this daily challenge.0

Done! Added an oblique twist at the top of each crunch.. (up...hold, twist left-right-center...down) and added 20 lbs to my squats...the pushups? well, I had to do the last 15 on my knees! that's my weak spot I guess! :laugh:0

Done! I did 30 "split jumps" too. Oy, my butt is going to hurt tomorrow!!0
