Definitely! Do we send you our measurements and weight next monday, the 25th?

I agree. Its so hard once you get started measuring with measuring cups and then trying to measure something just by sight. I have trouble with that all the time!

I changed my meal "topics" into times. three-4 hour blocks. Mine are: Breakfast from 7-11 Lunch from 11-2 Snack from 2-5 Dinner from 5-8 Snack from 8-11 That way, I don't have to fiddle with meals and it gives me more control over eating again in the same category and shows me when i eat more during the day. Hope this…

I use the digital biggest loser scale. I got it at bed bath and beyond for $8. Some of them are so expensive and this one was inexpensive and very accurate.

It's definitely an exercise but I think that it probably doesn't burn as many calories as jumping rope because the tampoline is helping you jump up.

Hi! Wecome! I totally understand your feelings. I felt the same way. My dad pretty much disowned me and my now husband because I married him. I put on weight from emotional eating. I really had a hard time with it. It was like i could see myself from outside my body but I couldn't do anything to stop it. But, I have been…

The running, biking, advanced step, and super hula hoop are great workouts!! I especially love how you open up more advanced versions of each as you master them. I'm on the expert hula hoop and in the short 6 minutes, i am sweating a lot! Good luck!

Food scales are great! Definitely get one! I have found that sometimes a cup of cereal might be less cereal than the weighted amount for the same calories! Its much more accurate!
-
I totally understand! Eating because of stress (or to feel better) is something I am trying to control. So far, I have lost 21 pounds by trying to control it! Good luck on your journey!

Prevention magazine just had an article about weighing everyday. They said that if you weigh yourself everyday, you are more likely to be aware of what you are eating/how much you are exercising everyday and that if you weigh yourself everyday, you have a better chance of losing more weight. It said that you shouldn't get…

I hit my plateau when I lost 19 lbs. I continued watching my calories and exercising and after like 5 weeks without much change to my weight, it has started to go down again!

I have a large chest as well and I have considered breast reduction but my doctor told me that it will interfere with breast feeding. So I talked to my doctor about trying to lose weight. She said that breasts (on women that have large breasts) will be the last part of the body to "shrink" and feel the effects of the…
