i like Papa Murphys De Lite Pizza as well. the thiner the crust the better :) canadian bacon is a bit lower in calories than pepperoni!

i use Fit and Active (from Aldis) whole wheat wraps and throw it on my griddle. ive done lots of varities. our favorite is BBQ sauce, grilled chicken, spinach leaves, topped with mozzerella. YUM!! you could also do a more classic pizza with lots of veggies and a few pepperoni. :)

personally i eat 3 meals a day and 2 snacks. i try to eat breakfast around 8am and have dinner completed by 8pm. this allows for a 12 hour fast. i agree, there might be some emotional issues that are holding you back. you can start by talking with you primary care physician. there are also wellness programs that guide you, where you check in regularly, manage your lipids, and also can learn to cook healthy meals.

this morning i had 2 eggs (scrambled) with a slice of Pepperjack cheese. and a half cup of spinach, goat cheese and vinegarette. Delish and keeps you full till snack or lunch.

you could replace your extra carbs such as chips and crackers with sliced veggies, fruits, yogurt or a side salad. ive tried it all and im still working on it...but pills dont last and many dont work. :) good luck!

my mother broke her toe recently and didnt want to miss her workouts so she wore Flip Flops and went barefoot @ Kick boxing class. she got a lot of wierd looks...sometimes you gotta do whatcha gotta do.
