Ooh yum! I will be trying this very soon. I like spreading some hummus on a wrap with grilled veggies for lunch (asparagus, portabella mushrooms, onions, bell peppers).

I really like it too, I use the sprouted whole wheat for all my sandwiches. I also get the raisin bread sometimes. Thats really good toasted with some cream cheese (I use laughing cow) and sliced strawberries on top.

Yup, every night before I go to bed I pre-log the next day and pack my lunch/snacks. This way there's no question about what I'm going to have and when, and I'm less likely to be tempted by the bowls of candy and boxes of donuts that are always in the office.

Roasted chicken breast with Trader Joe's Garlic Aioli Mustard sauce on top (this stuff is omgamazing and only 10 cals/tsp), kale sauteed with garlic and olive oil, and some roasted red potatoes.

One of mine shuffles around the office in fuzzy houseshoes. That annoys me. And another coworker begins each conversation with a very loud high pitched "GUUUUUUUUUURRRRL!!!" "GUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURL the printer is out of copy paper" "GUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURL, you want some coffee?" etc.

I recently went back to 1200 after doing 1500-1600 for 3 months. Eating more just did not work for me. I feel fuller on 1200 calories than I did before because I pay more attention to the types of food I eat. It takes a lot of veggies to fill up 200-300 calories compared to a quick bag of chips or some cookies.
