I want to leave work and rush home, but unfortunately theres still 2 more hours left in the workday. I've mostly been doing Jillian Michaels dvds (30DS and NMTZ) so I'm super excited about trying TurboJam!

I think I would like to start running.
From what I have read, it seems like C25K is a good option for beginners. I'll have to do it on the treadmill since I get home after dark most days. I do have a good pair of shoes that are supportive (my feet overpronate). Is there anything else I would need to get started? Any tips for beginners? Thanks a bunch…

Tea Drinkers!
Where to you buy your loose tea? I checked 2 grocery stores and Target, all with no luck. Im going to try Whole Foods or Sprouts on the drive home tonight. I bought an infuser travel mug on a whim. I didnt think loose tea would be this hard to find.

Got 2 new dvd's today
Jillian Michael's Kickbox FastFix and Bob Harper's Pure Burn Super Strength. I also got a new set of 10lb weights since my 7 pounders weren't doing it for me anymore. New fast and delicious fave: Baby boy choy
I can't get enough of this lately. I cut 2-3 baby bok choys in half (approx 30 calories for 3 according to MFP) and saute them in a little olive oil (1/2 tablespoon 60 cals) for about 4 minutes.
