I can't get enough of this lately. I cut 2-3 baby bok choys in half (approx 30 calories for 3 according to MFP) and saute them in a little olive oil (1/2 tablespoon 60 cals) for about 4 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of Thai Sweet Chili sauce (70 cals). Saute for a minute longer, tossing the bok choy around in the sauce to coat. We had it as a side dish tonight with marinated and grilled chicken breasts and brown rice with mushrooms.
Oops, BOK choy, not BOY choy :blushing:

Sounds great. I know that they have it at my local asian grocery store. I never really know how to cook it. They cook it at asian resteraunts (sometimes put it in wonton soup.) yum.0
