Got 2 new dvd's today

Jillian Michael's Kickbox FastFix and Bob Harper's Pure Burn Super Strength. I also got a new set of 10lb weights since my 7 pounders weren't doing it for me anymore. Oh and a pair of gloves, since the gritty covering of the weights scrape my palms :blushing: I really like the JM dvd's I already have (30DS and No More Trouble Zones), but Ive never tried any of Bob Harper's before. Looking forward to trying!

    Hi! How is the Bob Harper DVD going? I did week 1 of JM Ripped in 30, but want to alternate with something more strength training... i just previewed it and it looks sooooo hard. When I liked my body the best I was doing body sculpting (1 hour) classes at a gym about 3 times a week, but since I don't have those classes while I am deployed, I was looking for something similar. How are you logging it in regard to calories?
