Oh my gosh, that is fantastic!! I agree that you do look young, but then I saw that you are 20....so, you ARE young! Your flabby tummy will jump right back....I've heard there are things you can eat/drink (like apple cider vinegar) to hasten the process.

The cheater's diet seems completely normal. I mean, if its FORCING you to eat bad food on the weekends (like sugary foods) that's not GREAT...but the idea of "spiking" or "zig-zagging" your calories is pretty legit. Its not that much quicker. If 1200 gives you a 1000 calorie deficit, then that's the most efficient area to be. You could drop it a couple hundred calories, but it would hardly make a difference in the weight loss...maybe .2 pounds per week more max. Plus you'll be hungrier and therefore it will be harder to stick to.
