I have just finished week 1 of burn and starting week 2 tomorrow. Really liking it so far and despite averaging nearly my tdee this week (thanks to easter celebrations) I appear to have still lost just over a pound.

Yep. The 1500 seems to be stopping me losing weight since I am going over on my weekly total by enough to bri g me almost up to tdee! I think the constant restriction is causing me to binge a bit at the weekend. If I stick to a more moderate deficit perhaps it will be more attainable psychologically?

Thats great! My tdee is turning out at about 2000 and I use a fitbit. Keep starting the week aiming at 1500 per day but by the end of the week I am well over on this. Maybe I should reduce the deficit a bit. Did burn 1 yesterday and my glutes are wrecked! Its a good sign...! Got burn intervals tom which I am nervous about.…

Of course, I keep forgetting that HRM isn't so good for strength training. Changed that and just went by what MFP gave me for strength training, a fair bit less, but as expected. So bmr is just over 1400. Fitbit tdee averaging around 2050. I was aiming for 1500 as a 500 cal cut for 1lb a week, staying over my bmr. Definitely hadnt been eating low calorie prior to this! So a reset wouldnt be a issue. I checked my measurements and it seems I have lost an inch off my hips and an inch off my thigh.
