  • This looks like such a fun group! So my mini goals this week: 1) Go to Fight Shape at least once, twice would be great 2) Stay under my calories 5 of 7 days (realistic!) 3) Try to go to bed by 11pm each night. :yawn:
  • I'm down .6lbs so 223 which is still a loss for the week. I was actually down more during the week, but the weekend kind of killed me. I wasn't logging either day so I went a bit off track. Just means I need to work harder this week!

  • Thank you both. I'll try eatting more fresh fruit - maybe cut up in pieces :) The fruit juice is 100% fruit juice, Ocean Spray, don't know if sugar is added. I figured it was better than a fruit cocktail (only 15%). I'll also keep an eye out for processed sugar - silly question, but what exactly does that mean?
