Today was day 18 for me but we just spent the day at my mother in laws house and I had 2 coronaritas. So I'm back on day 1 tomorrow.

I'm on day 10. I have a goal to lose 10-15 by new years so I may have a few drinks during the holidays, but aside from them I am going to give my self the goal of no drinks until 2014.

They really aren't kidding when they say it all starts with breakfast. I changed my morning habits from not eating breakfast or eating something like a bagel and I stay full so much longer. I will get on board, I have been thinking the past few days to challenge myself to drink only water and juices (fresh not fake sugary ones) and cut out diet sodas, carbonated waters, and wine so this could help in the motivation area.

What do you do in a "light" workout? Is it something you came up with or follow something?

I wish I had time for TV lol. Its hard to plan workout time due to my work load constantly changing, and my husband sometimes getting home at 4 and sometimes at 7.
