At my work place, we always have 2 people minimum during the night shift, even on weekends like tonight when it's awfully slow. In reality though, only 1 person is truly needed to cover all the work load, but if that actually came to pass, no one would be able to take time off, which would suck.

I got this couple of weekends ago in Seattle. Peachza Primo with peaches, Lonza pork loin, and mozzarella baked on an olive oil brushed crust. After it's baked they top it with arugula and a drizzle of balsamic reduction. Really, really good.

After taking 3 days off, I started my Monday tonight and so far it's a slow and quiet night. Usually I struggle on my first night back from my weekend but I am doing ok so far. I did my first mud obstacle race few days ago with a few girls from MFP. It was fun!

From my local restaurant and brewery, California Pizza. Spicy shredded chicken, pepper jack cheese, tomatoes, olives, avocados and sour cream.

I used to have it. I was also a type II diabetic and followed a low carb diet as instructed by my doctor. It was mainly around my neck and armpits area with a tiny bit around the inner legs/groin area. After 1 ½ years and losing over 100 lbs, it's pretty much gone now.
