Yes I log everything I eat. There is no "cheating" it is what we put in our mouths that made us the way we are so if we dont log it we are only cheating ourselves.:glasses:

I would say hang in there. If you follow your plan and dont cheat the ponds will come off. I lost a significant amount of weight last year,45 pounds,and the first week is the hardest. It probably depends on alot of factors,for me....I am also 5'1",100 to 105 was a comfortable weight. Now I am in my 50's and I find 110 to be a better weight and easier to maintain.
