I'm in the south. I don't know if it really helps, but when my sons played football, we kept dill pickles and bananas in the house and they rarely cramped up.

Good afternoon! Well, hubby and I and 2 sons went out to eat for Father's Day. The other son just called his dad. So, all in all, a very nice day so far. By the way, Mexican restaurants are not the place to find low calorie foods! I just logged in lunch. Whew! I was even trying to be careful. Enjoy the day!

Good morning! I did well eating out yesterday at a Barbeque restaurant. I actually only ate half of the pulled pork and sent the extra home with my mom! That really helped keep my calories down.
