Subway is my favorite "fast food" place. I did go to Wendy's yesterday, got a junior bacon cheeseburger, mandarin oranges, and unsweetened tea, all for 390 calories. I enjoyed every bite and didn't even blow my diet!

Good morning! Yesterday went really well for my calorie intake. I still have a hard time staying near 1200, even eating all of my exercise calories back. I do usually manage to stay under 1500. Oh well, step by step. I hope everyone has a great day.

I mix the yolks with a little mayonnaise, a little sweet pickle relish(drained well), and a tiny bit of yellow mustard. Refill the eggs and lightly sprinkle with paprika. The light version would be light mayonnaise. I wonder how dill pickle relish would taste.

I also live in the south. So, sometimes my walking track is around the couch, down the hall, turn around, down the hall, around the couch, into the kitchen, turn around and go again until 10 minutes is over. Silly, I guess, but it's beginning to work for me.
