When I was lifting regularly 155-160 was about a size 9/10 for me. I fell off...now at 160 I am wearing a tight size 12. So it depends on that that 160 consists of. I really need to get back on it... I am almost 5'2

Just the band size :-/. from 36 ddd to 34 ddd...that's after 30 pounds and i'm pretty sure i could even go to 32. I'd like to lose another 20 pounds or so. I don't hold out much hope for boob shrinkage.

I ditched the scale. For me it was making or breaking my day and once I started lifting weights it went up a few pounds and stayed up...and I was/am in a caloric deficit. If it's a weightlifting day I do not eat first. I get very nauseous and stay that way for hours if I do. If I'm just walking or doing some other form of cardio I can handle a little snack, but for the most part I just wait until after.

I typed up a long reply and then accidentally deleted it...but basically I agree with the others. I eat what I want as long as I stay under my calorie goal for the day. I have lupus, thankfully only on one medication, but it still affects what I am able to do. For the most part I stick with walking and free weights.
