^ thank you. i work out for at least an hour 5-6 days a week & am already eating at 1750 calories (TDEE). However, I am skinny fat & am looking to lose fat & inches on my hips & waist while toning up everywhere, gaining muscle, & getting strong.

awesome!! you look great! I want to lift heavy so bad but I can't afford a gym. I have 8 pound dumbbells at home & will get higher but I can only get so many pounds because of the expense. hopefully i'll find some weights at a yard sale this summer.

i do it everday, it's easy because i work in an office & my lunch is pre-made & i already know what snacks i am going to eat during my time at work so i just pre-log everything in the morning. it's the weekends & dinner that i don't prelog cuz they are usually up in the air. plus i eat a lot of the same things anyway.
