Did you even read my original post? Nowhere did I mention that I want to do it for weight loss. Have you seen my profile picture? I do not need to lose weight. However, I have been reading about all of the health benefits of the paleo lifestyle & just wanted some more personal feedback from people who have actually tried…

I am not obese, I do not smoke, i eat at least 30 grams of fiber daily & i exercise 5-6x week. The only medication I am on is birth control. However, i still get acid reflux. I wanted to try this paleo lifestyle for the health benefits of what others have said - getting rid of gerd, clearer skin, overall increased energy,…

I think I will play around with the percentages until I find ones that work for me. I just wanted additional feedback from this fitness site regarding the paleo lifestyle.

Well I've been doing a lot of research & it seems that many people have all said the same thing about the GERD issue. I'm not sure how it would help, I haven't looked into that. But I find that whenever I eat grains, I'm always bloated so I feel like I could benefit by cutting back but not eliminating them entirely, I am…

hi! we have almost the exact same stats, just an age difference - i am 5'6", 126 lbs, 28 yo, & am looking to decrease my body fat percentage & not really lose scale weight. i workout 5-6 days a week for a minimum of 45 min a day & up to 90 on some days when i add my walks in on top of my exercise videos or weight lifting.…

bump. the exact same thing happens to me & i can't figure out why. i love dairy too much so i won't give it up if that is the cause, i do eat dairy on a daily basis. i just deal. i would love to hear what others have to say.

great plan! i don't have a bench but the edge of my tub works great for the step ups in workout 1. i don't have a stability ball but i know i can get one from walmart for cheap if i stick with the smaller sizes. so far, still using my light dumbbells until i get the form right.

i love milk & used to swear by 2% & then i found that there really isn't that much of a noticeable taste difference between the 1% & the 2% so I switched to 1% & saved myself some calories since i drink milk on a daily basis.

thanks so much. i will def check that out. :)

bumping for the funny-ness of it all!!

^ thank you. i downloaded it & i should be eating 1629 on non workout days & 1871 on workout days. I'm already eating 1800 TDEE & workout 5-6 days a week so this won't be a problem. and i always eat a little less on nonworkout days.

^ I was under the impression & been told that I alternate between workout A & workout B every other day. But within those workouts, I would be doing Workout A1 & A2, Workout B1 & B2 (alternating sets) within workout A & the same for C. Then after a day of rest, I would be doing workout B with the same set up as workout A &…
