  • I have a pair of trousers I call my 'barometers' - if I can't do them up I need to lose weight, if they fit just right then I'm on track, if they become baggy I reached my goal .......no need for scales if you do this :)
  • yup sounds normal to me - I find keeping a load of cut up raw carrots next to me a real help as it makes your body acknowledge you are eating and it dumbs down the hunger pains.... Drink water too... always helps....
  • Well all I can talk about are my experiences... for me this is the best weight loss method I have ever come across, and I have tried a few :) you have taken the hardest step which is identifying the day you start your diet.... it will be a long journey but so so worth it.
