My only reason for doing so is because I have PCOS and am insulin resistant. If I didn't have that I wouldn't pay attention to carbs. I do, it keeps me accountable. It is sometimes frustrating to see the day to day fluctuations, but on days my weight goes up a few ounces I push myself a little harder physically and consume less sodium.

Short Term- Completing P90x and losing another 25-30lbs before my 10 year wedding anniversary this Fall. Long Term- Getting to 23- 28% Body Fat, 146 lbs (the weight goal may change as I get closer to it).

Fall- I love the weather. My children's birthdays and my anniversary are all in the fall. I'm from Texas, so Friday Night Football is big around here and I love everything about the hometown games!!! The colors of the trees.

I'm doing P90x and the program has us doing abs every other day, which is about 10 minutes of various hard (or at least to me) ab work outs.

There is less food in my pantry, hardly any if no canned vegetables and no boxed meals or rice. I have added a lot of fresh produce, I have just about every Mrs. Dash seasoning, and Greek Yogurt, Quinoa, Hummus, and Egg White Beaters are now staples on my grocery list.

Yesterday afternoon my grandmother sent me home with red velvet cupcakes, my favorite. I had already completed my food diary for the day which I thought was pretty perfect right down to the macros, so I took them to our bible study group at church and let them all have them. Normally, I would of had at least two!

I'm pretty addicted to Diet Cokes and Coke Zeros. I had to stop keeping them at the house. But, every time I leave my house I'm stopping at a corner store to pick one up. I like the "bubly" taste too!

I don't always log my exercise. Since I don't have a heart rate monitor,I have no idea how much I'm actually burning so I'm afraid of going over my calories.
