If you are eating out everyday and logging and staying within your calorie goal, you will still lose your weight....... but the loss may be hidden on the scale with the extra sodium that is generally included in eating out, you retain water from extra sodium. Drink lots of water to flush it out.

Congratulations on completing the program! Way to go! I have one more week. Today was double workout day, speed 2.0 followed by upper body focus. Loved it. I feel great. Redoing beta is such a great idea. I am getting so much more out of beta then I did alpha.

Enjoy your cruise. When I took a week vacation I ended up taking an extra week before I got back to it. I had completed week 4 before I left, I picked back up at week 5 and been plugging away since. Just completed beta week 3.

PaleoPath4Lyf is right about black stools but read your laxative container and find out if it darkens stool and try to determine if that is what you are seeing. I agree with everyone. Dr is best bet.

some caching is very physical. before you go, slap on a heart rate monitor chest strap and if it feels like exercise press start and calculate your calories burned. :smile:

the bulk food store carries nuts and pretzels with no salt. use mrs. dash instead of salt for your meats and fish. buy fresh meats and veggies and cook them without salt. fresh fruits and veggies, read the labels

Completed upper focus and core cardio today. Loved upper focus, stuck with the 10lb weight. I think that was perfect weight for me. Burned 226 calories, core cardio burned 276 calories.

Completed dynamic core this morning. Halfway into the floor work I was thankful I didn't throw up in my own lap. LOL I only burned 194 calories today but it sure felt like I worked hard. I am looking forward to doing this one again, I can definitely see how this workout can build a strong core.
