upper right hand corner click on Settings.....then diary settings.....and scroll all the way down. You will see where you can set your diary to private/public/friends only.

My wife and I normally work out together which can be a little trying at times with out 3 1/2 yr old daughter trying to get in the mix. She will actually try and work out with us. It's quite cute as she is trying to do her exercises and runs around us as we are working out. When she gets tired she will jump on the couch…

I would also recommend that you just pick it back up on Monday. You don't want to do back to back workouts.

My recommendation would be to scour craigslist. I was able to find a nice half rack with york olympic weights for a very good price.

Congrats!! You will feel 100% better. I quit July 1st of last year and feel great. I wasn't exercising like I should have been and gained a bit of weight, but I am now back down to where I was when I quit.

Today we will be having baked Salmon and Tilapia with wild rice, broccoli and brussel sprouts or may just turn this into a cilantro lime fish taco night. Not quite sure yet.
