Crash diets show results more quickly but they are not sustainable and as soon as a person leaves the diet, BANG!!!   • Good advice from the other folks- Diet is extremely important. Watch your calorie intake and the weight will (almost always) take care of itself. Why did I say "almost always"? Well, exercise will seal the deal. If you drop your calorie intake - AND suddenly do less exercise - you will see no results. So do as everyone…
  • Well, it surely can't hurt you... and it has to help some since you are moving your body parts- and that takes energy no matter what. So go for it, at least as a starter. Plan for more later.
