Hey folks, this thread is not a place to debate vaccines. If you'd like to debate the merits of the COVID-19 vaccine, please do so in the debate section of the community - I even stripped out the COVID Vaccine posts in this thread and started a new thread for you:…

Hey folks, let me reiterate the title of this thread: "What's on your 'after I get the vaccine list'" If you're not planning to get the vaccine, then you clearly do not have a 'after I get the vaccine list' which means this thread is not for you. If you'd like to debate the merits of the COVID-19 vaccine, please do so in…

Posting that image made me feel like Professor Umbridge in Harry Potter. Dangit. :rage: Alrighty, folks. We *do* have community guidelines here, and I implore you to take a look. Four of them are below: Some posts in this thread have been removed. If yours was one of them and you don't understand why, send me a PM and we…

Best, most amazing cook ever, with the handiest of hands um, I mean, he's pretty handy too, and can fix all the things. Totally will keep you for a zombie apocalypse. (he made me post that... but it's true anyway...)

That looks totally awesome! I'm not able to run until I get my foot fixed, but a couple of years ago I'd have been all over this. Thank you for sharing the link!

Hi @poole890! Have you considered posting in the Getting Started or Introduction sections looking for connections? There is also a Challenges section where folks post challenges that might be of interest to you. :)

Hi Eli! Have you checked out the Gaining Weight and Body Building section? There are some very knowledgeable folks in there. Welcome to MFP!

Hi Maxine! Are you looking for friends? I'd recommend posting a message in the Getting Started or the Intro sections looking for friends. :) Or, if you see someone in the boards you'd like to connect to, simply click their hyperlinked name under their avatar, and a window will pop up. Click the hyperlinked name again, and…

You have to find what works for you. :) My suggestion is always to just make sure you log every single bite or sip, that way you can get an accurate accounting of what you're doing. You've got this!

My goals this year: 1. Lose the 30 pounds I gained last year, because I want to feel better in my skin again. 2. Finally have foot surgery, recover, and start running again. I want this because I love and very much miss distance running, and I'm much nicer and calmer if I'm running regularly. 3. Somewhat consistently begin…

Hi! Welcome to MFP!

Hi! Welcome to MFP! You don't need to exercise to lose weight - you just have to eat fewer calories than you burn. Exercise might make it a little easier to achieve, but it can be done without it. I lost my first 30 pounds without any exercise at all outside of my normal daily movements - and I'm getting ready to re-lose…

Hi Sofia! We have members who have been successful in losing hte weight and keeping it off who also have PCOS and thyroid issues. :) You have totally got this! Welcome to MFP! I'm a long-time member who has gained about 30 pounds this year, and I definitely am tightening up and re-committing and re-losing. We're in it…

Welcome back, Eric! I wish you the best! What is your plan for losing 100 pounds?

Welcome back, John! I've recently decided to tackle both the Christmas 'gone wild' as well as the COVID weight gain from over the past year, so it's nice to know I'm in good company. :) What are your fitness goals?

I like just cans of soup from Progresso or Campbells. High in sodium, but low in calories and fast/convenient. The whole can usually is around 400 calories or less and pretty filling.

Alright folks, please refrain from 1. using profanity, 2. discussing politics, and 3. discussing forum moderation. MyFitnessPal has community guidelines that prohibit these things located here if you'd like to review: https://www.myfitnesspal.com/community-guidelines Thanks, Em
