  • Apparently a tall latte contains 14 g of sugar. Never realized how much sugar is in non-fat milk alone!!!!! And I don't put any sugar in it.

  • WOW!!!!! WTG! Amazing difference ..... keep doing what you are doing :) Sometimes I tell myself that I want the weight to come off faster .... but then ..... it's not a diet - it's a lifestyle change, slower is better. There is a HUGE difference in the way you look. Keep at it!!!!
