I have the fitbit one. It's pretty accurate for me and they auto adjust based on activity. I log everything.. All exercise food water, etc through mfp which syncs to fit bit

I have lost 56 lbs. I have one child I gained roughly 60 lbs with him.. I don't have any pics since I'm on my phone, but I will add you

I always use my hrm. Mfp estimates aren't always right and it differs on every person. A hrm normally goes based off your stats and I think is a better estimate

Resist the urge!!! Side question though. Do you incorporate any of these foods into your diet? I found its helped to beat the cravings by having some of the foods I crave maybe once a week as long as it fits into my calorie goals.

Well, I can't really answer your questions first off. Second, I was looking at your diary and you eat a lot of sodium and carbs. You could try to reduce those and see what happens with that. Also pounds arent everthing, youre losing inches which is what counts. I would reduce sodium intake and see if you drop any water…

I used to really suck at the yoga moves.. (I did power 90 and p90x lots of yoga) and as time goes on and you build muscle they get easier (well they seemed to for me, but everyone is different) I would say do what you can right now as you continue through the workout you will get stronger and the yoga moves won't be as…

Normally when I lose 10 lbs I get my nails done or color my hair. Otherwise I "reward" myself daily with a couple Oreos as long as it fits into my goals.. When I lose a pant size or clothes size I go shopping and really reward myself.. (: motivation to keep fitting on those new clothes lol

Mfp doesn't calculate cals burned from strength because everyone is different. I wear a hrm monitor for all my exercising, but I'm not sure if it'd be accurate for strength training

I would read this http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/654536-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12 It helped me to understand.

Honestly, I have a drink every weekend. My downfall is daquaris and margarita. Normally I only drink a small amount of it then give it away. I get my little "fix" and don't ingest the massive amount of calories I would normally get from them.. Also they have "skinny" varities of most drinks.. I'm not a wine drinker so I…

The sodium retains water. So you can walk around with a lot of water weight, if you lessen your sodium intake you won't hold as much water weight and you will drop some of the pounds from that. At least that's been my experience..

It varies from person to person. I was once a size 17 us, now I'm a size 9/10 us. I feel great about myself and I'm more confident. I think it's also how you present yourself too. To each their own I guess
