Women, what results have you gotten from strength training?
I always read on here how strength training and a moderate amount of cardio helps to build muscle and makes woman/men look more lean. Does anyone have any before and after pics of what strength training has done for you? I know I'd like to start it in the next few months.. Did you have to make any changes to your diet?

Fitbit and MFP.. Help please
I just bought a fitbit and am starting to sync it with MFP. When going by calorie intake should I go with MFP says or what FitBit says? According to MFP I have 56 cals remaining, but on FitBit it shows I went of 555 cals.. I only ate back my exercise cals.. From reading here I assumed thats what I'm supposed to do.. Advice…

I tried to update my activity throughout the day, but it still shows I should have a base calorie goal of 1200.. Does the calorie goal never change? I work out twice a day and burn around 850-1k calories (according to my hrm) per day. I would assume my calorie intake should be upped to accommodate my new workout (calorie…

How do you measure your body fat? I always see people talking about their body fat, but I'm not sure how to measure it. Can I do it from home or do i have to go have someone do it for me?
