What should I do first?

I have a few jillian michaels workouts but I'm not sure which I should start with. I have ripped in 30, 30 say shred, and body revolution. Is there one of these I should start with? Or does it not really matter?

    The 30 Day Shred has a beginners program on it. I've not tried the others before, but I know the Shred is pretty effective.
