Has anyone seen a dietician? If so is it worth it?

Depends on how much nutritional knowledge you have, what sort of diet you eat, and the dietician.
In my experience, not really, and I've been assigned or voluntarily seen a good number of them over the years of trying to lose weight.
"Take your vitamins, keep your calories low, get at least 60g of protein a day" is basically what all their advice over the years has been.
Thank god all of them have been covered by my insurance. I'd be POed if I'd ever paid for that out of pocket.0 -
I agree with RumpusP... depends on how much knowledge you have, or if you have specific questions or issues to address. I have one through my insurance and have only seen her twice. She never really taught me anything new, and actually had the audacity to tell me I was being "too strict and needed to eat some M&Ms every now and then"!0
