I did Crossfit before I moved. I absolutely loved it. I learned better lifting techniques. I liked the variety they offered and the "competition" aspect of it.

My son is 4.5 years old and I have been maintaining my weight loss for a year now. I have a bunch of loose skin from being pregnant. You eventually get used to it, but most likely it will never completely tighten back to what you used to be.

My ticket isn't fully correct I've lost 76 pounds all together I went from a 36DD to 34D (at 150 pounds).

I started at 218ish I maintain at 150 I was down to 142. It took me roughly 9 months to lose 77 pounds.

I'm 5'6" my starting weight was around 212. I'm now down to 145 goal weight is somewhere between 130-135, but most days I'm content with 145

I'm Prolly one of the only people, but my weight always goes doen around that time (but I don't get mine often because of an iud). Otherwise if my weight ever goes up it fluctuates between 1-3 lbs

I'd be ecstatic with 1.3 lbs in a week Losing weight takes a long time be happy that you're just getting that much lighter wIth every pound .or look at it optimistically and say at least I didn't have any gains this week

I'd cut out most of the cardio. Also I'd switch up what type of cardio you're doing. Maybe try some hiit

I know what you are saying. My boyfriend finds me sexy (we started dating prior to me losing weight, actually) and it just surprises me that hes attracted to me like that when most of the time I feel like a fatso. But I love that he thinks that way about me and helps me make me feel a wholeeeeeee lot better about myself

Yes. Every 10 lbs or next size I fit into I go buy some new clothes I can squeeze into. When I lost 50 lbs. I got a chest tattoo. When I reach goal (11 lbs.) I will get some new tattoo

I would also keep in mind that what supplements works for someone else may not work for you. I have bad knees (most of the cartilage is damaged behind my knee caps and my knee caps are deformed). I think you should just go out and enjoy yourself. One night won't destroy everything you've done And just get back into the routine tomorrow

I would suggest some heavier weights. Continue what you are doing the fat will start to come off it just takes time. Or if you have the resources available start heavy lifting
