It's her choice what she wants to wear. Maybe that's what she is comfortable in. Or perhaps she doesn't want to buy new clothes until she is done losing weight.

I've gotten one tattoo at the 50 lb mark covers my chest. Three flowers. When i get to 135 (11lbs away) I'm going to get one under my boob that says something about loving myself Otherwise i got piercings to celebrate those other weight loss milestones

ivIts hard to tell how many calories are burned from strength training. Also considering everyone is different it's also hard to give a single number that would account for everyone.

Ok. I'm 5'6" (so I'm a bit taller). I started out around 212 ish. This photo is around 210ish (I don't have many fat me pictures) This is me a week or so ago I was at 148.8

You'll be fine (: At first you main gain a couple pounds but as your body gets used to it you Well start losing them again. If you don't want to do that big of a jump you can always up your calories 100-150 calories per week until you reach 1700. It's hard to believe to eat more and lose weight but it's def possible

Imo nutella is gross..I buy natural peanut butter it's a big jar of delicious calories and normally helps get my calories up

I get noticed and get told my chest tattoo is nice, which is just another way for a guy to stare at my boobs and get a free look. Otherwise, I don't really get noticed besides the looks people give me for having piercings on my face

I look at success stories and see how great others look. I also have my "fat" pictures saved on my phone and they remind me why i lost all the weight

You have water retention from using your muscles and then repairing themselves. After a rest day your water retention should go down= lose lbs (or kg) I wasn't "losing" any weight so i added a rest and then the pounds started to come off slowly but surely

If you go to apps and then i think tools there is a bmr calculator on this site. I would give it another week and if you still have no loss in weight or inches i would change things up.
