Do I need to log my exercise with both myfitnesspal and fitbit? It zeroed out my exercise for today so now it shows negative calories meh, but I also just got the device like and hour ago so it technically wasn't worn when I did my workout

I had my baby 3 years ago.. A little slow to get the ball moving lol.. But so far it's helped me to lose inches and a little bit of weight and I'm only on week one.. Push hard and give it a try and I'm sure you will lose some weight

Are you actually netting 1200 cals? Or are you only eating 1200 cals? Are you working out? Do you eat back your exercise cals? Ahhhh.. I experience this dilemma everytime I go to the store.. I don't see them putting fruit at the checkouts, they put all that delicious looking candy out there... But I always buy the fruit instead and weep a little in my head :/

If it's only 1100 calories.. its really not worth it to me.. thats lower then what I need as at a sedentary state, plus I burn around 900 cals a day so I would have to eat way more then the diet. Seems skeptical to me and I'd be better off on my own

I think p90x is less intense then insanity and insanity has a lot of jumping? I've done p90x, never done insanity though lol.

I think hotdogs are something to avoid if trying to lose weight. Otherwise I would stick to lean meats (white meats) primarily for weight loss. And avoid processed meats

I've been using 2.5-5 LB weights.. I have speed weights though so the little things to increase them only move in 2.5 lb increments.. but most of the time 2.5 lb kicks my butt

Most of the jm workouts I own pretty much all have jumping in them.. If you're looking for something that doesn't have jumping I'd do the yoga workout or her 6 pack in six weeks. Go to bed at 10-1030 pm My son is normally up at least an hour during the night Then get up at 4 am Workout for 30-45 min shower get my son up and go to work.. I avg about 5-6 hrs of sleep a night
