After all the cheat meals I had over the holiday...eatting healthy actually taste better. I am so sick of cakes and candy right now. Hope this feeling doesnt leave me..lol. I made boneless chicken breast in a crockpot with salsa and I have to say honestly...it tasted like a cheat meal it was wonderful.

I'm day 3 into getting back on track again and about to eat my desk. It doesn't help that a volunteer from our office brought in homemade pumpkin chocolate chip bread, we have delicious chocolate truffles sitting in the kitchen, coffee cake and a bowl of candy. No Meat chilli in a crockpot would work..You could always brown some turkey or beef and put it in a bowl for a topping..

Have you tried the bags of frozen chicken breast, they have them at wal-mart and Sams has a big bag for alot less money. They have all kinds some with .ribs, tenders..I find them real easy to cook with I just take a few out at a time and cook them with something in the crock pot.

Wow Im surprized at how many people dont like salad. Me I love salad...I just hate making them...if someone would make it I would eat it 3x a day. I put every kind of veggie I can think of. Sliced hard boiled egg are great on them.. I also put hot peppers on them...yummm

THe chocolate peanut butter is my absolute favorite.:love: .I save calories to have one every night. I use to be able to get blue bunny rasberry covered in chocolate for 100 calories but the store here doesnt carry them anymore...boy do I miss them....:sad:
