what do most people have their nutrition set at for the best weight loss.
Ive never really paid any attention to anything else besides calories. I do try and cut back on carbs. I see so many diets where everything is based on protein.

Wow was diagnosis with plantar fasciitis ..man that hurts. Ok now that we discussed pants..how about longer tops.
I have a hard time finding longer fitting tops and t'shirts. Im sure everyone knows that and xlarge can be from a size 2 to a 16 and when you go to 1x thru 4x they just get wider..I like to cover my butt and stomach but always have a hard time finding tops long enough.
