Might be a dumb question but is everyones fats,cabs and proteins broke down the same way on your food log?

    I think it is the same for everyone unless you take the customize option.....the breakdown given by the machine is a very generalized one and may not be the one for your specific requirements

    they are if you use the guided goals tool. I don't, so mine are different. A lot of the people on here put in their own percentages. Once you learn enough about it you can make informed choices about what your macro nutrient percentages should be. But the goals tool isn't a bad place to start.
