wonderful lunch
I just made this most wonderful lunch. I took a tsp of olive oil, dash of black pepper 2 stalks of asparagus, 4 cherry tomatoes and sauted them in a fry pan, scrambled 2 large eggs added them and one slice of pepper jack cheese..omg it was delicussssss it added up to around 300 calories...yummy...

I know this might not sound to good to all but I tried this and it was delicious. I took about 5 stalks of leftover roasted asparaus and an egg for a delicious omelet. Dont know the exact calorie count but couldnt be much and it really gave an egg a great treat..
