I just made this most wonderful lunch. I took a tsp of olive oil, dash of black pepper 2 stalks of asparagus, 4 cherry tomatoes and sauted them in a fry pan, scrambled 2 large eggs added them and one slice of pepper jack cheese..omg it was delicussssss it added up to around 300 calories...yummy...

    That sound nom nom nom.....

    The best food by far is what you throw together when you just know what you need and the combination you need it in. Taste will take care of itself, especially if it's whole and fresh. Packaged food makes me nauseous now.
