I know this might not sound to good to all but I tried this and it was delicious.
I took about 5 stalks of leftover roasted asparaus and an egg for a delicious omelet. Dont know the exact calorie count but couldnt be much and it really gave an egg a great treat..

    Yummy!!! I can't wait for spring so I can use fresh asparagus when we go asparagus hunting!!!

    ALton Brown "Good eats" did an omelet show... he likes asparagus too.

    I love asparagus in omelets. All veggies make great breakfast scrambles.
