Im 56 and probably been dieting for over 50 years total...lol..........just goes to show its never to late...im 21 pounds from my goal weight...going on my first cruise in Feb. life is good ...good at any age..

:drinker: Started in March wearing a very tight stretched out size 20 jeans..Went shopping yesterday and fit in a size 14. I am 5'9"..yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...My goal is size 10 but I have to tell ya I will be happy in a 12.:laugh: :drinker:

I saute mine with olive oil and fresh garlic, when done sprinkle some grated parm cheese....it is also good with adding shrimp to it.

chicken parm, with angel hair pasta, lots of sauce and oh yeah texas toast... diner tonight, turkey meatball with sauteed zucchini ....good but just not the same.

Wal Mart has great value turkey sausage I think it is 80 calories and quite large...you get a whole bag for 5 dollars
