  • It is good many ways and I hate fish, I have wrapped a fillet in foil with onion, garlic , lemon and pepper and just put it on the grill for about 10 min. I also purchased them in a bag (at Sams) breaded with parmasian and all you do is spray pan on a cookie sheet and bake for 20 mins. Those are 230 calories for one fillet…

  • i dont know if they are better for you or not but I know I have replaced turkey with almost all my beef recipes and it helped me lose 50 lbs.

  • I steam mine adding a few cloves of garlic until real tender and just mash it spray butter or sometimes I use olivio salt and pepper if you like. If you add any liquid sometimes it is too watery. I also put low fat gray on mine...just like homemade....

  • Dont feel bad...feel proud you tackled a shower and even though you ate pizza you still stayed within you calories....you did good girl...dont go over board at the gym it will only hurt you more than help. I have lost 50 lbs and I ate pizza..not the greasy take out pizza but home made ...it doesnt hurt you to do that once…
