  • I have tried and tried to make chicken and broccoli taste like take out but can never get it to taste that good,
  • Dont know if you want fancy or simple but spaghetti pie is something you can make a head then just pop it in the oven for around 40 minutes..Its not to high in calories ( use ground turkey in mine) if you dont eat alot...simple salad and maybe some Italian bread..

  • I am 5'9" and would like to be at 180. I was actually down to 170 and the Dr. told me not to lose anymore I was too thin. I have been heavy my entire life so when I did get that low I had alot of extra skin, so who know really how much the extra skin weighed? I would be happy in a size 12 and look good in them..
  • I am 5'9" it use to really bother me but really dont care anymore. It certainly helps with the weight. Nobody ever guesses that you weigh as much as you do...:laugh:

  • i marinate them in fat free italian dressing and cook them on the grill or foreman grill, then I put them on top of a salad...or better yet throw them in a crock pot with salsa ....yummmmmmm
