Hi!!! Congrats :) I am 26 weeks and 4 days along. I definitely did not have any energy until I hit 20 weeks, and that's when I started working out again. So far, so good! I usually do 45 min per day of low impact aerobics and I feel so much better. Just take it easy on yourself and don't get discouraged if you are very…

Don't diet. You need to change your lifestyle to maintain for the long haul. Once you change out of that mindset, it may get easier.

You've taken an important first step---you're here!!! Best of luck to you. You CAN change your life :)

You need a new boyfriend.

My last straw was when I had to ask for a seat belt extender on an airplane. Oh, and when my size 28w jeans were tight and I was considering just buying a size up. I knew things had to change!

You have so much to celebrate! Way to go :)

Something isn't right. If you log enough, your faves are saved. It shouldn't take more than a few minutes to log in your food entries.

So many thing in life are out of our control, but managing our health is the one thing you can really own and work at on your own terms. Do not blame others. This was a good post.

I want to maintain my weight loss and continue on my health journey!

My only solution was brachioplasty (arm lift) to remove access skin. My skin was really restricting, I had to do it. Best of luck!

I drink 100oz per day and I go ALL day...i have a desk job so it's very up and down. It keeps me on track though and is worth it to stay hydrated!

Funny Games. I do not scare easily and this one was just a psychological nightmare!

I haven't given up anything. I eat a very balanced diet with a few "treats" once a week or so.

September 7th bride here! :)

You don't get it because you've never lived it. Everyone's personal decision is simply that...theirs, and not yours to analyze. Surgery saved my life.
-
I do about 1200 everyday. My diary is open for friends, feel free to add! :)

Horrible. That is so terrible :(

Do something to distract yourself? Go for a nice walk, workout or maybe try a low cal snack?

34 years old, getting married for the first time in Sept, no kids. I usually feel like the odd man out, too.
-
34 here and in better shape now than i was in my 20's...or probably teens! lol. I am always on the path to better health and I am constantly in "youth maintenance".

I agree with everyone about setting small 5-10lb goals. Looking at it in the big picture can be very frustrating. Start small and those little victories will add up!

For me, I didn't see a real movement on my scale after a long stall until I stopped eating back exercise calories.

Popsicle brand fudgsicles....40 calories each, 9 carbs. yum!

I will! Welcome back :)
