An update for you all, it appears that my weight loss has slow and I am getting closer to maintaining. I think a few days consuming close to 3000 calories helped. One of my friends said she does well to maintain weight by eating about 1800 calories a day with the exception of two meals, a dessert, and two drinks each week. She indulges just here a there with these "exceptions" but it's balanced with the set calories most other days. I kinda like that idea. I asked her why she just…

Did overall well for the first day. I did have an extra helping of mashed potatoes for dinner, but otherwise I made smart choices with my foods and got an hour of exercise completed!
