I think I feel embarrassed because it's embarrassing to be fat and I feel like I should not have had to lose weight in the first place. Pointing out my weight loss is like pointing out that I was fat.

Thanks! I am very careful to record all I eat. I have actually kept food journals for years and years- off and on. I do eat my goal and have the occasional cheat day. I have stalled before and upping the workouts would bring me back around. I hope it works this time!

Megblair- I also had the Depo- could not do the ablation since I never stopped bleeding. I did a shot and then another after 3 months and that gave me 6 period-free months and my uterus was able to become smooth again. Even though my periods returned it was no longer non-stop.

You know what? I'll bet it actually helps your weight loss! Drink a lot of water and bump up the exercise and most importantly- LET IT GO!

It's crazy, isn't it??!! I have lost 30 pounds and I'm wearing the same ol' pants!! My weight loss has been slow and I think it just takes a bit for your body to shrink.
