Honestly for just toning up I think insanity alone should be enough unless you want to gain muscle. If you're eating right you will definitely see results. You should probably eat a little more than usual, maybe an extra 200-300 calories, because you're going to burn 400-800 calories in each workout. Honestly, I'm no…

If it's just an inconvenience or possibly dangerous to get to a gym, there are plenty of workouts you can do at home. But, at home or at the gym, only you can find the motivation to keep pushing. It's really more of a good work ethic than anything else, because even determination falters every once in a while. The best way…

I have an elliptical at home posted right in front of the tv, lol. I usually set the resistance fairly high and try to keep a steady pace for 45min-60min. It's easier for a man to just set a high resistance and go at a medium speed, within 45 min. you should burn about 600 calories if not more. I don't know how many…

Had mine for 4 years, so far everything is perfect. All the parts are metal, no plastic cheap pieces except for the monitor on the front that adjusts resistance and what not. Payed 569 for mine. You get what you pay for, so yeah if you bought cheap it wont last.

Treadmills are great, but for your home an elliptical (at least in my opinion) is so much better. They're not super heavy so you can move most of them around, like in front of your tv, and they are silent compared to the hard pounding of feet against a treadmill. Not to mention they are better on your joints, you can get…

Honestly any shake is gonna be about 150-200 calories, personally I use Muscletech whey protein with a spoonful of peanut butter and a banana during or after most workouts. Its def. filling and as long as your working out hard your gonna need that extra energy anyways.

Videos are worth every penny if you stick with the workouts and diets. It's just a lot of hard work. Hour to an hour and a half workouts and strict diets. Supplements you can find cheaper substitutes for though.

Honestly anytime I dramatically over eat, I make it my mission to either run it off that night or over the next few days do at least an hour on a treadmill or elliptical to make up for it. Burning it off is the only real way to get back the calories, unless you under eat, but then your just slowing your metabolism down.

Your legs might just be retaining a lot of water from the first weeks muscle break down. I'd say just do the 30 days and let your body adjust.Your legs might get stronger , but in 30 days they should just be more toned than big.
