I use my heart rate monitor for my interval running. I walk 2 min then run 1 min. I burn about 315 calories after 40 minutes. My new favorite workout!

I just started as well. Completed Day 3. I love it! I feel it working, it's a good hurt! Please add me so I have support to make it through. I took the before pics and plan on doing them every 10 days. Is anyone changing their diet with this and eating more?

Want to get back to my college size. Was a size 5/6. Currently an 11. Also wanting to lose weight for my wedding that is in August. I have lost 11lbs. Aiming for 30+ more!
