My first goal is to get down to 160, then from there down to 140s-130s.

But, most importantly just to be healthier!

I'm 5 even. My short term goal is about 160 (from 196) and my longterm is around 120-130 I guess. My long term weight isn't as important to me as being decently strong and toned.

150 will make 100lbs lost and thats my first goal. I've been struggling with the last 15-20 lbs for quite some time.

I've also been lifting some and its keeping my weight on the higher end but making my body smaller.

130 or less would be great. I currently cannot get past 140, just stuck between 140 and 141 gaining and losing the same pound! Carry all my weight on my stomach and arms as well, so whatever weight makes them look ok is fine by me :)

I'm 5'1", barely. The goal I've had set in my head for years is 120 pounds.
But seeing my 13 year old daughter, who is 5'2", weighing 107, and NOT looking it at all, and still wearing size 16 clothes from the girls dept, I'm beginning to think, 120 is not obtainable for me.
So I will just see where I go. At the very least I want a normal BMI, which would put me at 135, I think.

Hm. I'm 5'2, and currently between 188-190. I started at 206. My doc has suggested I try to get to 160 and get out of the obese zone into merely overweight. I've never been thin, and it's hard for me to imagine what life would be like if there were 30 pounds less of me, so once I get to 160, I'll reevaluate. I can imagine settling on roughly 145 for a final number -- very much within the healthy range, but a little "thick" still.

I have been in the 188 -190 range for several weeks now:<. A bit discourged, hope you have move out of this range by now:> I am 5"1 and started at 206

I started in the upper 160s in May 2011 and was down to 144 before we had a huge move in August. I sort of stopped tracking but was lucky to maintain my weight within a few pounds (no idea how I did that with all of this SOUTHERN food, mmmmm'a) and have taken it up again in the last month, along with lifting, spinning and running. My biggest goal last year was to be a size 8 and I just bought my first pair of size 8s last week! However, I'd like to loose at least 10 more lbs of flub and add a lot more muscle. :)

I want to be between 20-22% body fat. And get my legs more cut. I don't care about the scale. :)

165 is where I think I look good... but to look good naked, teehee... I think I need to be closer to 145-150 ish.
My body seems to like 165 but I think I have what it takes this time to get down to 145.

    is that kinda high?

 @look good naked...I feel ya

I agree with you though when I initially lost weight, I liked the way I looked at 160-165ish, when I hit 159, I noticed my bra size went down:frown:

Thats a good goal. sometimes weight just doesnt decribe it. I'd love to be around 20%-22% as well!
